Currently employeed full-time for the Irvine Company in Corporate Security as a Senior Manager. Responsible for working with Irvine Company staff in protecting corporate assets by developing and integrating security strategies; enhancing security awareness; developing corporate security training; enhancing physical security and integration between the business units in Northern California (Silicon Valley and surrounding areas). The company’s investment property portfolio is largely located in Orange County, with about thirty-five percent of the portfolio located in Silicon Valley, San Diego, West Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. 

 

Prior to my carrer in Corporate Security, I retired as a Police Captain from the San Jose Police Department with 30 years of extensive law enforcement (City of San Jose, Milpitas, and Vallejo Police Department). I strived in relationship building in the community and developing a well-rounded team of employees.
